Located on Mithai Theravu or Sweetmeat Street in Kozhikode, Sankaran’s Bakery is nearly a century old. It should come as no surprise then that this establishment spanning three generations is the city’s most famous halwa shop. WHEAT HALWA
I love the sticky texture of the godhamb (wheat), and it’s not too sweet. My personal favorite.
