This time in Kozhikode Koylandi we decided to cook Kallummakkaya dry roast. We were in Calicut to enjoy Christmas New Year holidays with our friends. We stayed in Tathatha (www.tathatha.com), a beach studio on the Arabian Sea Coast in Kozhikode. After spending a whole day exploring the northern end of Kozhikode City, we were tiered to cook the main course.

So we decided to visit 4 O' Clock restaurant in Koyilandi. In the restaurant we enjoyed Prawns Golden Fry and Koonthal dry Roast. Koonthal Dry Roast or Squid Dry Roast was superb to the taste while I still feel my Kallummakkaya dry roast (Mussel Dry Roast) was as good as the Koonthal dry roast.
