WHITE POMFRET PORICHATHU
fried pomfret slathered in a deliciously rich masala that incorporates shallots, red chillies, tamarind, coconut, ginger and garlic. The fish is cooked twice, fried naked first and then in a banana leaf lending its pristine white flesh an interesting texture.The hero in this preparation is the masala that carries the fresh flavours of the pomfret.
